LETTING FEES

Holding Deposit

A fee of £200 is required as a holding deposit.     This amount is non refundable in the event that the applicant decides not to take the property.     This fee is non refundable in the event that the applicant fails referencing by point of failure to provide us with information such as outstanding CCJ or criminal record or any sufficient information that would effect the outcome of reference.     The £200 holding deposit will ensure that the property is taken off the market while reference checks are being taken.     The £200 holding deposit will eventually be taken off the initial rent prior to move in.

Referencing Fees

A cost of £150 per person is required to carry out full referencing.     This applies to all tenants moving into a property over the age of 18.     This fee is inclusive of VAT and is non refundable.

Guarantor Fees

If an applicant has insufficient funds to pass referencing and/or is required to have a guarantor to cover the rent, a fee of £100 per guarantor is required in order to carry out affordability checks.     This fee is inclusive of VAT and is non refundable.
